Asperger's Syndrome

Postby sead4u » Fri Nov 16, 2007 3:01 am

Hey Y'all, I am extremely new here, but I am in major meltdown, I am in Love :smt007 , but I can not figure out how to do anything about it! I have AS (Asperger's Syndrome) which means I have a very hard time relating to other people, and that's why I am having such a hard time with this. I just don't know what to do, I love him, but I can't tell him, for fear of his reply  , no one has ever cared about me, so why should he? I am scared to admit to him how I feel, and I'm not sure what else I can do to make him understand.

If anyone can help, please post, I would be extremely grateful!!!!

Hi, giving time is most important factor in a relationship, you should tell your guy how you feel, if you find it difficult you should wait and muster some courage, in the meanwhile, when in love generally actions are greater than words, your attitude towards him will anyway show him how much you care, and he will understand, maybe as time passes you will not even have to say a word maybe he will say it first. Does there exist a therapy for your syndrome? If yes take is ASAP, if not try to change yourself casually, and yes there are many who will like you.

Hi Sead4u, just read your post. That is not an easy thing to deal with. Don't have experience with it, but am curious how you are doing and how you deal with this. Best of luck!
