Pina
Colada Pleasure
Ingredients:

1 package
of yellow cake mix
-
1 package
of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.5 ounce)

1 can of
cream of coconut
-
½ cup of
rum
-
1/3 cup
of vegetable oil
-
3 eggs
-
1 can of
crushed pineapple (8 ounce)

2
tablespoons of rum
Instructions:

Preheat
your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.

Grease a
baking pan

Combine
the cake mix, pudding mix, ½ cup of coconut cream, ½ cup of rum, vegetable
oil and eggs in a bowl.

Mix with
a mixer for 1 ½ - 2 minutes and then stir in pineapple.

Pour into
the pan and bake for an hour.
Mix
the rest of the coconut cream and rum and then pour over cake and allow it to
cool. Chill in the refrigerator.
