Shrimp
Rolls Satisfaction
Instructions:

Cut each
bread slice in half.

Combine
the shrimp, curry powder, onion and salt in a bowl. Allow it to settle for
25-30 minutes.

Place one
shrimp and onion slice onto a cut bread slice and roll the bread over,
covering the shrimp, sealing it with the beaten egg. Do the same to the
rest.

Heat oil
in a skillet pan. Once it has fully heated, place a few rolls in it,
allowing the bread to golden. Do the same with the rest. Drain the oil on a
paper towel.

Serve
with a salad or rice.
