Shrimp Rolls Satisfaction 

 

Ingredients

  • 5 slices of white bread

  • 10 pieces of shrimp

  • ½ an onion, sliced

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Salt for taste

 

 

 Instructions:

 

  1. Cut each bread slice in half.

  2. Combine the shrimp, curry powder, onion and salt in a bowl. Allow it to settle for 25-30 minutes.

  3. Place one shrimp and onion slice onto a cut bread slice and roll the bread over, covering the shrimp, sealing it with the beaten egg. Do the same to the rest.

  4. Heat oil in a skillet pan. Once it has fully heated, place a few rolls in it, allowing the bread to golden. Do the same with the rest. Drain the oil on a paper towel.

  5. Serve with a salad or rice.
