Get Real. If you are really serious about making changes and improving the way you look and feel about yourself, then get real! Stop hiding under an unrealistic shell and face reality. Face your fears and the things that make you feel insecure and accept them as part of your life. Then make a decision that you are going to do something about it.

Take Action. Once you have targeted what is making you feel low about yourself, think of ways you can terminate or at least get those insecurities under control. With real will and effort, you will be able to improve your self-esteem, but you truly have to want to make these changes. No one is going to magically fix things for you.

Think Happy Thoughts. As you work towards your goal of getting a higher self-image, be sure to continuously fill your head with happy thoughts. Thoughts that have you picturing the new you.
