Love will prevail

Story: Once upon a time… there was a girl named Chrissy, and a boy named Adam. Back in seventh grade the boy named Adam saw the girl named Chrissy and liked her right away. One day, the boy named Adam worked up enough courage to say “hi” to her. “Hi…” he said “GET AWAY FROM ME!” said Chrissy. Adam was hurt for a little, but soon recovered. Later on in the school year Chrissy’s friend Ryanne told Adam over the internet that the girl named Chrissy liked him. Adam was so excited and jumped up and down inside and was very happy; but still, he did not believe it. Just the mere thought of Chrissy liking him put butterflies in his stomach.
About two weeks later, the girl named Chrissy started talking to the boy named Adam over the internet. Adam got excited and nervous. He tried to act real cool and not like an idiot. So he barely talked, he just read every word she had to type. So then another one of Chrissy’s friends asked Adam why he hasn’t asked Chrissy out yet. And he said that he was too nervous and he didn’t believe that it was all true. Then Chrissy come online and asked Adam out for the first time. Adam was exited and nervous and wanted to kill himself because of all the confusion.
 
They broke up less than TEN minutes later….
 
“I knew it!! I knew it was all a joke!! I hate myself for this, for believing it all! Why did she do this?!”
 
Adam forgot all about it kind of until one day when all on her own, Chrissy started talking to him. Then over the summer they became really good friends. Adam’s friend Michael and him were messing around and told Chrissy that Adam was moving to New York and that he was not going to be able to use the computer so they will never ever be able to talk again. This made Chrissy realize that she liked Adam a little bit. Then she found out later that he wasn’t moving. After that, every day when they got home they would run to the computer and talk to each other for hours and hours. Adam would wait for hours to talk to his love.
Then once again, one of Chrissy’s friends told Adam that Chrissy liked him. Adam thought it was yet another hoax. So he told her that he is sorry and that he didn’t believe her. Chrissy’s friend then begged Adam to at least go to a dance with her and promise that he would ask her out. Adam wanted to believe her so bad. He thought that there really was no risk involved in it ending up in another hoax. So he said okay.
At the dance, Adam got to see Chrissy for the first time in three months. He saw her in all her beautifulness and coolness and he became nervous again and didn’t want to talk for fear of seeming “ uncool “ or her discovering how much of a loser he is. Everyone was encouraging the two to dance and have a good time but Adam thought that Chrissy was avoiding him because she wouldn’t so much as look at him let alone talk to him. So he made up the excuse that his mom was there to pick him up and he told everyone goodbye and waved to Chrissy who seemed to care less that he was leaving. The lady at the door said he couldn’t leave so he stayed there to “get fresh air”. Then he came back and lied and said that she was kidding and to go back to the dance. When he sat down Chrissy and Adam looked at each other briefly and looked away. Then the dance ended and Adam waved bye to Chrissy. Chrissy’s friends went up to Adam and asked why he hadn’t asked her out. He explained all about how she didn’t seem to show any interest in him so he decided to forget about the deal. Then Chrissy came over and then the pressure was on to ask the girl named Chrissy out. A mumbled, stuttered blurb of “ will you go out with me?” shot out of Adams mouth and Chrissy replied “yes”. Then Chrissy ran off with her friends and Adam heard “you’re not even going to kiss him goodbye or give him a hug?” Adam got a huge plague of butterflies in his stomach from anticipation. He heard footsteps of love rushing towards him and then a frantic kiss on the lips which Adam thought was horrible on his part because he thought he slammed into her lips and Adam felt embarrassed.
Adam rushed home and went on his computer to see Chrissy was on and then he started talking to her. Right away, he knew he loved her.
During about two month’s time, they kissed three times. The first kiss was during the movie A Perfect Score.
 
Then, tragedy struck the two
 
One day, when Chrissy had not been online for a while, tragedy struck Adam and Chrissy. Chrissy broke up with Adam. Adam was devastated. He screamed and threw up. And prayed to God to help him and guide him.
 
They did not talk to each other a whole lot for a while. Then one day, Chrissy told the boy named Adam about a boy named Rhythm that asked her out. Adam was crushed yet again. He wanted to kill this boy named Rhythm. Kill him for stealing his love. Kill him for stealing his purpose in life. And later on, kill him for treating her badly.
One day, Adam found out that Chrissy still liked him so he asked Chrissy about it and they talked about it and came to a deal that Chrissy would breakup with Rhythm by Saturday and that she would call him when he went to Arizona to let him know what happened. Adam barely slept the whole trip because he wanted to hear from his love, his passion, his Chrissy… When he got back he talked to her and it seemed like she forgot and completely changed her mind.
 
This act happened on several occasions.
 
Until finally, while Adam was in Las Vegas, she did it. She broke up with him.
 
And since then…the two have been happy together with a few bumps in the road, they pulled through to prove that Love will prevail.
